COOKING DIRECTIONS

Cut 1/2 kg of beef into pieces of your desired size.
Stir-fry 1 sachet of Racik Rendang Instant Seasoning in a pan until fragrant.
Add the beef to the pan and stir evenly until the beef changes color and releases its natural juices.
Pour in 2 cups of water (approximately 500 ml). Simmer until the water reduces.
Add about 700 ml of coconut milk (prepared from 1/2 a coconut) and continue cooking over medium heat.
Stir occasionally and cook for about 1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender and coated in a rich, flavorful sauce.
Your delicious rendang is ready to serve. Enjoy it warm with steamed rice!
