COOKING DIRECTIONS

Add 1/2 kg of chicken (5-6 pieces) into 4 cups (1 liter) of boiling water. Cook until the chicken is half-cooked.
Remove 3 cups (750 ml) of chicken broth and set aside.
Simmer the chicken with ground spices: 3 cloves of garlic, 1 knuckle of turmeric, and 1/2 tsp of salt. Cook until the chicken is tender, the spices are absorbed, and the liquid reduces.
Deep fry the chicken until golden brown, then shred the chicken into smaller pieces.
